Buy uniforms in an easy and fast way

We want the process to be as quick and easy as possible.

The exchanges & return period is 30 days from the date of purchase.

The garments you want to exchange or return must be unused and unmarked, with all labeling and in the original packaging. Please include in the package with the garments to be returned a copy of the delivery note that you received with your order.

Before starting to manage the return on the website, make sure that you have at hand the order number of the garment you want to exchange or return.

Click on “Exchanges & Returns” (top left menu), and you will access the returns area where you must enter your email and order number. Follow all the instructions, the process is very intuitive.

EXCHANGES

When you request the exchange of a garment for another size or another product, the new order will be prepared immediately and sent to the indicated address. The same courier who delivers your order will pick up the garment(s) you want to exchange. It is important that the package you give to the courier has a copy of the delivery note inside.

 

It will not be necessary to print a shipping label since the label will be placed by the courier who picks it up.

 

This procedure has no cost for you.

 

 

RETURNS

We have enabled 3 options to leave your packages:

  • Leave it at school: cost 4.5 euros per returned package
  • Drop it off at an office/post office: cost 4.5 euros per returned package
  • Have it picked up at home: cost 6 euros per returned package

 

Once this is done, you will receive an email with the label that you must print and paste on the package.

 

When you deliver the package to the Post Office (Citypack) or pick it up at home, the refund will be managed automatically, deducting the aforementioned expenses.

 

Finally, you can also send returns by certified mail or leave returns with our logistics operator. The address is:

Don't forget to put a copy of the delivery note in the package or indicate the order number in some way so that it is identifiable.

Once our logistics operator has received and validated the returned garments, we will proceed to refund the amount using the same payment method that you have chosen for your purchase.
